SUMAB K-30 Mobile Concrete Plant (20-30 m³/h), Sweden. CONCRETE PLANT SPECIFICATIONS AND COMPONENTS: The Sumab K-30 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures, with a capacity of 25-30 m³ per hour. The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system. A modern Siemens computer system allows for the production of over 100 concrete formulas and grades. The system can print out the kilograms and percentages of each finished batch, preventing the theft of aggregates or cement during concrete mixing. The mobile plant is mounted on a container frame, making it easy to relocate to a new site. The basic plant configuration includes the following components: 1. Aggregate bins, each with a capacity of 2.4 m³, with the option of extending the sides to 3.9 m³. Panels made of specially pressed sheets, as well as a dismountable structure connected by bolts, ensure the bins' strength and durability. Discharge is from a single electropneumatically controlled valve on each bin. 2. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the pan mixer. Dosing accuracy is +/- 100 g. SIEMENS – Germany. 3. Aggregate conveyor from bins to mixer, including electric motor (0-1500 kg). Equipped with 4 load cells for high batching accuracy. 4. Turbo mixer, 1200-800 liter capacity, lined with 12 mm of Hardox 400 special steel. 5 quick-release paddles with fiberglass tips. Automatically opening ready-mix concrete feed flap. The special arrangement of the paddles in the mixer ensures coverage of all parts of the mixer during mixing, thereby ensuring high-quality concrete. The mixing paddles are angled to ensure rapid mixing of the mixture. 5. Cement batcher (0-300 kg). Equipped with a load cell for precise material weighing. An overpressure hose is also installed to ensure accurate weighing. For more efficient unloading, the batcher is equipped with a vibrator and a galvanized service cover. Unloading into the mixer is accomplished via a pneumatically controlled rotary valve. 6. Galvanized water tank, 250 liters, with a built-in DANFOSS pump and water supply dispenser. 7. Compressed air system. Includes a compressor, pneumatic cylinders, pneumatic distributors, valves, air regulators, and compressed air hoses. Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar. 8. Automated control system for the mobile concrete plant using a reliable Siemens S7-1200 programmable logic controller (PLC). The Siemens touchscreen panel allows for automatic and manual operation. 9. The control cabin is a metal structure lined with sandwich panels. 10. Chemical additive pump with hose, automatically controlled by a PC. Warranty: 12 months. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: 1. Cement feed auger – 220 mm in diameter, 4.5 meters long. Equipped with a 4.5 kW motor and gearbox and galvanized service covers. • Capacity: 20 tons/hour 2. Conveyor for feeding ready-mixed concrete from the mixer. Length: 12 m, width: 1000 mm. 3. Cement silo, 30-100 tons (including level indicators, filter, ladder, railings, etc.). The cement silo is collapsible.
