The plant's capacity is up to 120 m³ of concrete per hour. Four aggregate storage bins, 20 m³ each. Each bin is 3,500 x 4,000 mm. Batching system: 1,500-300 kg, weighing sensors. The aggregate conveyor is located beneath the storage facilities and measures 28,000 mm in length and 800 mm in width. Aggregates are fed by pneumatically operated gates in the aggregate storage facilities. The total aggregate capacity, including additional side walls, is over 120 m³. Aggregate conveyor system. The required proportions of aggregates are delivered to the mixer via the aggregate conveyor, where they are fed from the batcher and then fed into the mixer. SICOMA MP 4500/3000 liter twin-shaft horizontal mixer. The paddle arrangement covers all parts of the mixer, ensuring high-quality concrete that meets international standards.
