CONCRETE PLANT SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTENTS The Sumab B 2200 mobile concrete plant is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures at a capacity of 30-50 m³ per hour. It is mounted on a 2-axle chassis. It can be transported as a trailer at a speed of 40 km/h. The exact plant performance depends on the type and grade of concrete produced, as well as the aggregates, cement, and amount of chemical additives used in the production process. The mobile concrete plant is equipped with a user-friendly control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern Icon computer system allows for the production of 25 concrete formulas and grades. It is possible to print out each finished batch in kilograms and the percentage of aggregates or cement used during concrete mixing. The basic plant configuration includes the following components: 1. Fully automated mobile concrete plant, 30-50 m³ per hour. 2. Aggregate bins, 2 x 3.5 m³, with side extensions for over 5 m³. 3. Aggregate weighing sensors. Located under the planetary mixer. Dosing accuracy is +/- 100 g. SIEMENS – Germany 4.
