Additional Information
SUMAB R-400 Vibratory Press for Paving Slabs and Curbs (400 m2/shift) Sweden. We invite you to explore our equipment for the production of concrete and concrete products: mobile and stationary concrete plants, vibratory presses for paving slabs and curbs, equipment for producing precast concrete products (wall panels and blocks), and cement unloading and storage equipment. SUMAB R-400 STATIONARY BLOCK/PAVING STONE PRODUCTION MACHINE. The Sumab R-400 vibratory press can be used to produce various types of concrete products, such as paving slabs, blocks (hollow, insulating, etc.), curbs, pavers, chimney elements, with an additional layer of paint and a hard surface, and more. The equipment is available in basic, semi-automatic, and automatic versions. Sumab R-400 Stationary Block Making Machine (Vibratory Press). Oli Vibrator or Knauer vibration system, Germany. Pallet dimensions: 1200 x 550 mm. Maximum usable area: 1100 x 500 mm. Productivity (per shift (8 hours)): 6,912 hollow blocks (20 x 20 x 40 cm) 550-640 m² paving stones (10 x 20 x 6 cm) 1,600-2,000 curb stones, depending on curb size and the presence of an additional facing layer. Machine Frame. The machine's robust main frame is constructed of a square-tube metal structure. The mold and compactor head system operates hydraulically within a system of chrome-plated columns (two guides). The columns are chrome-plated, grounded, and mounted in easily replaceable bushings. The mold system is secured to guide columns. Two lower hydraulic cylinders are attached to a steel shaft synchronizing the demolding stroke. The compaction head is controlled by four guide columns and equipped with easily replaceable bushings. It is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, which generates the force required for the head's impact. Mold Locking. The molds are secured with four screws. The mold pressure on the vibrating table can be adjusted using four rubber-coated spring tension buffers. Pre-tensioning of the molds is achieved using four easily accessible screws located on the mold lifting beam. Compressor Head. The compactor head plate is attached to the head bridge with rubber shock absorbers and is equipped with two compact vibrators. For the production of special products, the rubber buffers can be locked at four points on the compactor beam. Pallet transport system. Propels pallets and transports them to the correct position on the vibrating table. A soft start/braking function is available for sensitive products (hollow blocks, etc.). The pallet transport device is driven by an electric motor controlled by a frequency converter. Main concrete filling system. This system consists of a robust frame structure made of square tubing. It houses a concrete bin with silo doors and a level indicator. Hydraulic (electromechanical) silo doors fill the aggregate with concrete. The aggregate is controlled by a direct-acting hydraulic cylinder. It moves on connected rollers and is equipped with a plastic/steel brush for cleaning the head. Hydraulic equipment. A 200-liter hydraulic oil tank is located separately from the machine. The pumps and motor are located on the side of the tank. There's also a filter with a dirt indicator, fuel level indicator, optional cooling system, and optional heater for heating the fuel. Maximum pressure is 170 bar. All solenoid valves are standard and replaceable with CETOP if the machine is equipped with a PLC control system. Pressure regulators for all machine components are hydraulically driven. Oli Vibrator vibration system with self-synchronized vibrators: Consists of two vibrators with two rods, specially designed for the Sumab R-400 machine, self-synchronized, and controlled by a frequency inverter. The vibrators are located on the main plate, which is attached to the machine frame and isolated by rubber buffers. Different frequencies can be used for pre- and main vibration. Between vibrations, the motors operate at low power. The optimal frequency is 65 Hz. The vibrating table is mounted on rubber buffers and equipped with replaceable wear pads. The impact barriers are located on the machine frame and are adjustable. Vibration system with electronically synchronized external drives: This optional vibration system is designed with two electronically synchronized external drives. Frequency-controlled motors are mounted on a frame isolated by rubber buffers. Different frequencies can be selected for pre-, intermediate, and main vibration. The intermediate vibrators continue to operate at a low, preset frequency. Total force: 50,000 N! Press dies for the Sumab R-400 machine. Press dies body: Welded from high-grade special steel and subsequently hardened by heat treatment. Very highHigh wear resistance. Full-height spacers. Hardness achieved at approximately 60/62 HRC with a depth of 1/1.5 mm. Plates, supports, and other parts are made of Fe 430. Rammer head: Made of specially tempered hardened steel, machine-milled and polished, with the surface hardened by heat treatment. Hardness achieved at approximately 60/62 HRC with a depth of 0.5/0.8 mm. Machine-controlled tempering of each steel section. Plates, supports, and other parts are made of Fe 430. Warranty: 24 months on delivered equipment.
