The mold and compactor head system operates hydraulically on a system of chrome-plated columns (two guides). The columns are chrome-plated, grounded, and mounted in easily replaceable bushings. The mold system is secured to guide columns. Two lower hydraulic cylinders are attached to a steel shaft synchronizing the demolding stroke.
